Measures to support accessibility

Inspiring Generational Leadership LLC (hereinafter “COMPANY”) takes the following measures to ensure accessibility to www.delindaforsythe.com of as (hereinafter, the “SITE”)

  • Provide continual accessibility training for our staff.

  • Use WIX Accessibility software to review. 

  • As Edmiston Enterprises LLC is made of aware of changes, all attempts are made to include those changes.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. SITE is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

  • And any other technologies that WIX and YouTube use that COMPANY is unaware of.

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of SITE there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for SITE.

 

Currently, the Video files are audio files created with a static image. These files may not yet have been transcribed and the transcription added to the website.

  1. When the transcriptions are added, please note that the audio transcriptions may have mistakes and reflect inaccurate information because this is due to the transcribing software limitations. We attempt to be very clear in our recordings. Please send an email to delinda@delindaforsythe.com if you encounter an issue.
